• A SHA-256 hash of your IP address (used only to prevent spam and abuse — the original IP is not stored).
• The date and time of submission.

We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or financial documents through this site.

We use your email only to:

• Reply to your inquiry within 24 hours.
• Send you the requested quote or onboarding instructions.
• Continue the conversation you started.

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

We use the following services to operate this site:

• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and edge delivery (privacy policy).
• Cloudflare D1 — encrypted SQLite database storing your email and the IP hash.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the contact form (privacy-respecting alternative to reCAPTCHA).
• Resend — transactional email delivery (privacy policy).

We retain your contact information for as long as our business relationship is active, and for a reasonable period after to fulfill legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Object to or restrict certain uses.
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
